Speedo DMC Super Fins are designed for fitness swimming and bodysurfing. Created in partnership with silicone fin pioneers DMC, they're engineered from soft SILFORM silicone for maximum comfort during your workout. Patented DMC Reverse V Rail technology stabilises ankle roll, correcting kick torque for optimum speed, power and propulsion. Designed with a universal foot cavity for quick and easy transitions from deck to pool or sand to sea.

Snug, Not Tight
Fins should feel snug around your foot without pinching. You want a close fit, but your toes shouldn’t be curled or squished.

No Heel Gaps
The heel should sit securely in the foot pocket. A small gap may cause slipping; too tight and you risk blisters.

Test with Movement
Flex your feet and kick gently. If the fin shifts or rubs, try a different size or style. A good fin will feel like an extension of your foot.
