Domestic Shipping (within Australia)
📦 Standard Delivery:
- Free shipping on orders over $120
- Flat rate of $10 for orders under $120
- Estimated delivery time: 2–10 business days via Australia Post eParcel
- Orders to remote areas may require additional time.
📌 Delivery Process:
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a collection card for pick-up at your local post office.
- If you select Authority to Leave, your order may be left without a signature via MyPost Safe Drop Service (subject to Australia Post’s terms and conditions).
International Shipping 🌍
We ship internationally via Australia Post. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination.
- New Zealand – flat rate of $20
- Rest of the World – flat rate of $40
📌 Estimated Delivery Times:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–20 business days (varies by country)
- Customs clearance may cause additional delays.
✈️ Customs & Import Fees:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are set by the relevant authorities in your country and are beyond our control.
- Any additional charges must be paid by the recipient.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Tracking Your Order 🔍
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress.
- Domestic orders: track via Australia Post eParcel.
- International orders: tracking availability varies by destination.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed 🚨
- If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking it.
- Lost Parcels: If your parcel is lost in transit before it is marked as delivered, we will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
- Stolen Parcels: If you selected Authority to Leave, Face the Water is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered.
Authority to Leave & MyPost Safe Drop Service 🏡
If you select Authority to Leave at checkout, your parcel may be left at your delivery address without a signature via Australia Post’s MyPost Safe Drop Service. By choosing this option, you acknowledge:
✅ Your parcel may be left in a safe location determined by Australia Post.
✅ Once scanned as delivered, the parcel is considered your responsibility.
✅ Face the Water is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels after delivery.
