2. The lower price is listed on a publicly accessible website and is in stock.
3. The retailer is  Australian-based and authorized to sell the item.
4. Submit by email within 7 days of your original purchase.

We will confirm by email and qualifying refunds will appear in your account within 5-10 days.

-  Commercial quantities and pricing (i.e. a reduced price not available to the public)
