I'm not sure I remember ever having customer service like this.
I had a really difficult purchasing problem. I unexpectedly needed an item for my wife in Melbourne in a hurry, and the only one I could find in Australia was in Sydney (at Face the Water). Emma pulled out all the stops to get it to her as quickly as possible. It arrived, and was the wrong size (the sizing chart didn't match my wife's body shape)! So, Emma pulled out all the stops a second time to get her the right size.
It was really clear that Emma really wanted my wife's aquatic exploits to be a success and was happy to do the extra work to make it happen.
And, the item made a big difference on the day..

These are the best swimmers I’ve ever purchased!
These are the best swimmers I’ve ever purchased! I love that I feel secure and covered enough so I can swim comfortably. However they still look fabulous and are very flattering. I bought a ladies size AU8 which is what my usual size is. You can notice and feel the quality and I love that they’re made in Australia! The thick straps/bands are great on this style, you don’t need to worry about anything slipping - can just focus on your swimming!
