Thanks to the high elasticity of the materials, the more flexible wetsuits adapt better to the swimmer’s body than those with less elasticity. If you’re choosing a wetsuit with less flexibility, you should select a size that fits well to your body. When selecting the ideal wetsuit size, take three measurements: chest circumference, height, and weight. When in doubt, we recommend choosing the size that best fits your chest circumference.

The Orca Neoprene Swim Cap is designed to keep you warm and comfortable in cold water. Made with 3 mm neoprene and a soft thermal lining, it offers excellent insulation for open water swimming, surfing or diving in cooler conditions.

The thermal lining helps retain heat while reducing water flow inside the cap, keeping your head and neck warm throughout your swim. The adjustable Velcro chin strap provides a secure, personalised fit, and the smooth interior prevents chafing. Flexible and easy to wear, it fits comfortably over or under a silicone cap for extra warmth.

Ideal for ocean swimmers, triathletes and divers who train year-round, this cap balances warmth, comfort and practicality. The snug design stays in place even in rough conditions and pairs perfectly with neoprene suits for added thermal protection.

4. Store Correctly
Ensure Velcro closures are covered or fastened to prevent damage. Store your wetsuit in a cool, dry place, hanging it by the waist or on a wide hanger to avoid stress on the shoulders.
