Face the Water Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your swimwear, but if you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Below are our return guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order confirmation email.
Unworn, unused, and in saleable condition with original tags attached.
✅ Returned in original packaging (branded dust bags, shoe boxes, sealed boxes, etc.).
Exclusions: Final Sale and hygiene-sensitive items (as noted on product pages and at checkout).


How to Return an Item

1️⃣ Initiate Your Return:

  • Log in to your Face the Water account and select ‘Returns’.
  • Follow the prompts to confirm eligibility.

2️⃣ Pack & Ship:

  • Ensure the item meets return conditions and use trackable shipping.
  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.

3️⃣ Refund Processing:

  • Once received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Returning a Faulty Item

If your item is faulty, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Log in to your account and select ‘Returns’.
2️⃣ Choose ‘Faulty’ as the return reason and provide details.
3️⃣ Select your preferred resolution:
Full refund
100% store credit (if applicable)

📌 Note: Normal wear and tear or misuse is not considered a defect. Some brands offer repair services—contact us to check eligibility.


Refund Processing & Timeframes

Processing Time: Up to 15 business days from drop-off to refund confirmation.
💳 Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account).
📧 We’ll keep you updated via email.


Return Exclusions

Final Sale & hygiene-sensitive items (unless faulty).
Items worn or used cannot be returned for change of mind.

Shipping Fee Adjustments

  • If your original order qualified for free shipping ($120+), but a return reduces your total purchase below this, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty
Not as described
Unfit for its intended purpose
