How Store Credit Works

Checking your balance

Log in to your Face the Water account to see your available store credit. If you have credit you’ll also see the amount displayed in the Store Credit section at checkout.

Using store credit

  • Make sure you’re logged in to your account or using Shop Pay

  • At checkout select Apply store credit

  • Your full available credit will be applied automatically. Partial use isn’t possible

Things to know

  • If you have store credit in different currencies only the balance in the same currency as your checkout will be available

Expiry dates
Face the Water store credit is valid for three years from the date it’s issued. When you have multiple credits the one with the earliest expiry date will be used first.
